Sincerely hoping local authority help us with a smooth transition through to green light with this project which has been designed with all practicalities in mind including glass in the north facing elevation and natural light through the roof and 2 floors to invite sunlight into the northern aspect of the project from the south.

Plenty of internal load bearing walls but still maintaining an open plan feel with generous proportioned rooms.
